Two businessmen, one Japanese, the other American try to find a path to substantive dialogue using phrases from a travel phrase book. They have some moments when it seems like they are connecting but things quickly fall apart as they bounce from one non sequitur to another. They enact the current lack of dialogue on the world stage, representing America and the rest of the world.
